Bakwena IT Distribution (PTY) LTD is a South African company based in Halfway House, Midrand, Johannesburg, Gauteng. We are an Information Technology (IT) reselling company operating mostly in the greater SADC region. We resell locally in South Africa and to countries like Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia, Mozambique, Lesotho, Zambia, Malawi, etc.

Mission

Our company's intention is to build ourselves to be a quality provider of reselling services in the IT industry. In this way, we will be best positioned to give our clients the service of a world-class standard. We have tasked ourselves with the mission to penetrate and change the IT reselling industry in South Africa for the better. To get our customers the quality products that our country and the SADC region needs to build our infrastructure and improve the economy in the continent. We believe that giving our clients the best service in the industry is key to improving the industry as a whole and ultimately improving the experience for the newcomers.

Our professional staff of account managers are already well trained and experienced in the industry with a comprehensive portfolio of clientele that is more than satisfied with the excellent service from us. we have a philosophy of only sourcing our products from original equipment manufacturers to ensure that our customers will never get to encounter any problems with the equipment that we supply. In addition to giving our customers the best quality products we also negotiate the best pricing in the market for our customers

History and Growth

Bakwena IT Distribution (PTY) LTD was established in the year 2015 and started operating in the same year with just a few people. It has brought challenges that come with starting a new business such as market penetration, recognition, building trust and competition in the industry. The fact that most companies do not take well to newcomers in the market, did not make our operations any easier. After having to overcome some of the hurdles thereof, we have seen ourselves growing to employ more people and even changing to a bigger and more suitable working environment. Our employees are so far some of the best salespeople in the industry with some having extensive experiences. We are very proud to have such talent working with us in the company with such services excellence and great customer management skills.
