Adobe FAQ

Can I buy and renew Adobe through Bakwena?

Yes. As your Adobe partner we can quote, supply and renew Creative Cloud, Acrobat and Firefly plans via VIP for your environment.

Teams or enterprise — which plan fits us?

Teams suits 1–10 users with pooled storage and 24/7 support; enterprise adds SSO, AI credits, indemnification and system controls for 11+.

Can you help with licensing and deployment?

Absolutely. We help you choose plans and seat counts, deploy via the Admin Console, and manage renewals and credits.

Is Firefly safe for commercial use?

Yes. Firefly and partner models do not train on customer content, and enterprise outputs are eligible for IP indemnification.
